01 — Overview

Application scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the WhiskerWatch app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by DITRI SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

WhiskerWatch is a minimalist companion utility for logging cat bonding moments, play sessions, cuddles, grooming, notes, activity history, and care reminders.

02 — Data

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not include user accounts or authorization.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, basic technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only as part of normal network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data, use it for tracking, or build user profiles from it.

              No account-based tracking: WhiskerWatch does not require login, registration, user profiles, or cloud synchronization controlled by DITRI.
            

03 — Location

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

04 — Retention

Data Retention

DITRI does not retain personal data from normal use of WhiskerWatch because the Application does not collect or store personal information on DITRI servers.

Any cat profiles, notes, session logs, settings, reminders, or activity history used by the Application are intended to remain under the user’s control on the device, where applicable. DITRI does not keep a server-side copy of this information.

If you voluntarily contact DITRI by email, the information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not used for app tracking or marketing profiles.

05 — Deletion

Data Deletion

Because DITRI does not collect or store personal data from normal app use, there is no server-side personal data for DITRI to delete.

You can remove local app information by using in-app reset or clear-history controls where available, or by uninstalling WhiskerWatch from your device. Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from the device according to your operating system’s standard behavior.

06 — Sharing

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data from normal app use is shared with third parties by DITRI.

The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and your device operating system may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. DITRI is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

07 — Opt-out

Your opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. You can also disable device-level permissions or notifications through your device settings where applicable.

08 — Children

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by DITRI through the Application.

09 — Security

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through DITRI systems is minimal. However, no technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a breach occurs involving any information you voluntarily provided outside normal app use, DITRI will respond and notify affected users where required by applicable law.

10 — Consent

Your consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

11 — Updates

Changes to this policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.
